About Visual Face Recognition

This powerful comparison tool makes it easy to compare two faces by 'normalizing' the faces so that all features can be compared from one face to another. Normalizing is done by making the distance between the eyes of all subjects the same. By doing this, all features can be compared knowing that if the distance between the eyes is the same, and the features are the same, then there is a good chance that we are looking at two images of the same person.

The program was designed for use with genealogical research, but can be used by anyone who needs to compare two faces to see if they are the same.
