Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and love is already in the air. The Emmys 2024 saw a star-studded list of celebrities locking their lips, but what caught everyone by surprise has to be Matty Matheson and Ebon Moss-Bachrach’s passionate kiss on stage.
The jaw-dropping moment occurred while Matty Matheson, a real-life chef who also plays a supporting character in The Bear, was giving his speech on stage after the cast won the Outstanding Comedy Series award.
His cast mate Ebon came forward and planted a kiss on him, leaving the TV co-stars in pure astonishment, who watched the chaste kiss for no less than eight seconds.
“I’m glad the passion took over him”
Even though Matty was caught by surprise just like his other cast-mates, he is nothing but glad to contribute to an epic moment of Emmys that will live forever.
Speaking of the moment, later Matty said: “I love Ebon so much, and I am glad the passion took over him.”
“I was giving a passionate speech, so it was kind of like two ships full of passion going in. It’s just like an ocean of love.”

Matty is not the only one who is glad that passion took over Ebon.
